Exploring the chakras: body and energy connection

Saturday 17th May (9.00 am -5.00 pm)
The day includes postures and slow flows, music, mudra, mantra, discussion, concentration and relaxation. With home made snacks and a lovely Sandwich lunch at the gorgeous Lavender Cafe in Sundridge Park.
