Class Types

General hatha yoga

– a slower based class - exploring postures in stages, with breath awareness, meditation practice, and relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

REST AND RELAX

– learn how to relax during this 45 minute practice. The class includes ball rolling (to release fascia), mindful yoga movement (to calm the mind), breath awareness (to help balance the nervous system), a guided relaxation (to let go and enjoy a good night’s sleep).

LED Ashtanga

– be led through the first part of the Primary series with a key focus each week. Perfect class for becoming comfortable with the Asthanga sequence. Includes lots of modification options. Suitable for all levels.

Ashtanga ASSISTED self-practice

– practice at your own pace within a group setting. Tailored for the individual. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa HATHA flow

– linking movement and yoga poses with the breath to music. Includes concentration and relaxation. A more dynamic class.
