About

I discovered yoga in the early 90s and found it instantly calming and at the same time exciting. I loved learning about the different aspects of yoga. One of the most profound was how to become consciously aware of the breath and how to link this awareness to movement and stillness.

When I committed to a regular yoga practice, all aspects of my life seemed to improve.  As well as gaining strength, flexibility and a feeling of overall body wellness, yoga can help us to become more aware, more able to let go and in turn find inner strength and peace.

I’ve been teaching yoga now for over 20 years.  I teach general Hatha classes, Vinyasa hatha flow and Ashtanga Led and Assisted self-practice from a yoga studio in my garden and on zoom.

I also teach regular workshops and collaborate to teach retreats, foundation courses and teacher trainings.

Yoga can be for all.  You don’t need to be flexible or strong when you first attend – mobility and strength will come with practice.  You can begin from any place and age.  Yoga can be adapted to suit where you are now.

I’d love to see you at a class.
